1. Rental Requirements

• The renter must be at least 18 years old and present a valid identification document (passport or ID card).

• A valid and appropriate driver’s license for the rented vehicle is required.

2. Rental Duration and Conditions

• The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

• The customer must return the vehicle on the date and time specified in the contract. In case of delay, an additional fee may apply.

• The vehicle will be delivered with a certain fuel level and must be returned in the same condition. Otherwise, an additional fee will be charged.

3. Deposit and Payment

• A security deposit is required at the time of vehicle pick-up and will be refunded after inspection upon return.

• Rental payment must be made at the time of booking or vehicle pick-up. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other previously agreed payment methods.

4. Insurance and Responsibilities

• All vehicles include basic insurance. Deductibles and additional coverage can be contracted at an extra cost.

• The customer will be responsible for damages caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of contract conditions.

5. Vehicle Use

• The vehicle cannot be used for competitions, races, or illegal activities.

• The driver must comply with all applicable traffic laws.

• Subleasing the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be fully refunded.

• Late cancellations may be subject to penalties.
